Grid is a racing game from CODE MASTERS which brought a realistic driving experience in the world of  Racing.A great merit of the grid is 24 hrs race in the game, awesome experience to every player and also lots more in the game regarding sprint, circuit, drift lots more

But the major problem with the Game is  to mess up with opponents. The drivers are very professional and very balanced.
I have gained a very tough experience during the race in the Game. All the opponents in the game are very tough to beat…. so finally found the best way up to hang up them in the race….
Its very cool and very easy…. Check this out in simple steps:

1. Go to the game directory in your drive where you have installed the game and go for option ‘search’.
2. Now search for name ‘AI’ in the search box.
3. A list of files and folders  will be showed down there ‘select all’ and rename to any other name as u like….i renamed them as ‘coolpctips’.
4. Now just go back to your directory and run grid.exe.
5. And start any race which you want and now you will notice that no opponents in the race will move, in some cases F1 cars may move but they wont continue race to end they just end up during turnings in the track.
6. And to make game back to normal just rename back the ‘coolpctips’  to AI.

That’s it….enjoy. This can be done only when you feel that the stage is very difficult to handle. So dont play the whole game like this Its waste of playing that then.

EA: The PC is an 'extremely healthy' platform

EA Games President Frank Gibeau had some good things to say about the future of PC gaming in a recent interview with Gamasutra. According to the executive, the company's overall strategy to regain market share includes a renewed focus in the platform, and noted that it was "totally conceivable" that the PC will become their biggest market in the future.

"The user base is gigantic," he said. "PC retail may be a big problem, but PC downloads are awesome. The margins are much better and we don’t have any rules in terms of first party approvals. From our perspective, it's an extremely healthy platform."

Casual games on Facebook are a part of the plan, but FPS, MMORPGs and other PC genres are a huge focus for the company, with games like DICE's Battlefield 3 and BioWare's Star Wars: The Old Republic coming this year. EA also has a big interest in the free-to-play model, pointing out that Battlefield: Heroes is doing very well with 368, 241 new users every month on the PC alone and now have over 7 million registered users since launch. An open beta of Battlefield Play4Free is coming to PC in April and will use the same micro-transaction structure as its predecessor.

The publishing giant is looking to reclaim its once held throne at a time when the general perception about the company has dropped among gamers along its revenue -- which was down 15% last year. It's unlikely we'll see a radical shift in the short term considering console games accounted for 72% of EA's net revenues during its last reported quarter, but it's still good to see some renewed enthusiasm towards the most powerful and flexible gaming platforms of all.

Microsoft to relaunch PC gaming with Windows 8

Those who claim PC gaming is dead mainly blame Microsoft. Ever since the company launched the Xbox, it has let the Windows PC gaming platform fall over the wayside. Since the software giant's number one product is Windows, the company's number one gaming platform is still the PC, no matter how much of a success the Xbox platform becomes. Rumors are now suggesting that things will really start to change with Windows 8.
"Windows 8 will represent a real new push into PC gaming," an anonymous source told TechRadar. "Gaming will be a key component for the whole OS."
Of course, we've heard things like this before: PC gaming was supposed to get a boost with the launch of Windows Vista, and there were definitely improvements, but none were particularly noteworthy. Meanwhile, multiple games from Microsoft did not receive PC versions, including Gears of War 2 and every Halo game released after Halo 2.
Two months ago, Microsoft said that it was "doubling down" on PC games. The company launched a browser-based Windows store for PC games called Games for Windows Marketplace, but it hardly made a big splash.
The fact of the matter is that Valve's Steam dominates the PC gaming market already, and it's thus difficult for Microsoft to do anything revolutionary. Including features directly in Windows, while making sure to avoid anti-trust issues, is the only way the software giant could really make a difference. The company of course currently refuses to talk about Windows 8, so as with most rumors, we'll just have to wait and see till the time is right, or till something leaks out.
