Successful & Easy SEO Tactics to Boost your Website

I have been blogging for awhile now and am always looking for new, fresh ways to attract more people to my site to read my reviews. You can always search the web on how to get more traffic to your site and a million results will pop up, some being White Hat (legitimate, safe and accordance to Google) while others are Black Hat which could risk your website's existence to the outside world by being banned by search engines.

I have been doing alittle research on SEO tips and here are the best ones I have found thus far (and they seem to be working great!)

     1) Website Simplicity
When designing a website, you need to keep in mind how it will be ranked via search engines. It is the most important roll for how the search engines will crawl your website. Too many graphic and multiple pages can decrease your ability to be searched. Thus the number 1 tip is to keep your website style nice and simple. A good solid structure with headers, sub-headers that are descriptive but precise will allow for the web crawlers to easily go through your website and grab the correct information.

     2) Content, Content, and more Content
Your website is nothing without content, as it is the top priority for search engines to find precise information for users to view. If your information is not well organized, misspelt, and not worth reading then the crawler will pick up on this and not index your page. Keep the keywords specific and constant for your pages so the crawler will have an easier time to find them.

    3) Title Tags are Key
People are convinced that meta tags are still popular, but in actuality, it is Titles that are crawled and index the most. Focus on making titles that have specific words while being precise to what the blog is about so the crawlers will index the article easier.

     4) Update Content Often
You need to keep your content fresh and new. Stick to the theme of your blog/website but continuously add new content often while keeping up with the popular news. This will index more information within the popular search engines thus increasing your chances to be indexed higher quicker.

     5) Patience
You won't see much traffic the first month or two, but over time, if you keep up content and tweak your articles for better searches, you will see the traffic to your blogs start to grow and grow. Just be patient and in no time, your website will be getting the hits it deserves.
